To enrol users by user group, in the OneList Admin app, select the Manage User Group button. Select the “+” button at the top right to add a user group, or select a user group on the list to change its settings.
The User Group Id field is the name of the AD user group.
Assign notification channels to new users within the user group.
Automatically, on a daily basis, OneList will query registered user groups and add new users found in the user groups to the users list.
The Sync button enables administrators to immediately add new users based on the specified User Group.
Update saves any changes to the Notification Channel assignments for the User Group.
Delete removes the registered User Group.
