How can I customize the content of email notifications?

From the OneList admin application, select manage notification channels.

Select the email notification channel.

You can update the content of:

  • Message subject
  • Sender email
  • Message template.

 

The message template is in HTML format. The following tags are supported:

  • {Name} = approver name
  • {NewTask} = number of new tasks since last notification
  • {TotalTask} is the total task count

Others tags may be added with advance configuration.
